You were right.
We’ve been focusing on the optimal nap times and have gotten naps this week to transition from 30ish minutes to 1-2hr stretches! Also, we’ve been doing an earlier bedtime…and you were right. Earlier bedtime does not mean an earlier wake up time!!

What did you learn?
Wake windows are not the end all, be all!

I learned..
Sleep expectations for my child’s age as well as sleep goals as she grows older. I have been concerned on how to help her develop a sleep routine throughout the day (nights aren’t as concerning). As a first time parent, I don’t know exactly what to expect or how to help her regulate that sleep. This class was very helpful for all of that!

What was the most helpful..
Having all the information laid out very simply and organized was helpful. I appreciated the different ideas for troubleshooting.

This was one of the best trainings I have attended..
I found the “Little Peach Pause” to be very helpful! I really like how this part was laid out with specific instructions for handling when the baby wakes after falling asleep. This is the part I struggle with the most with my 6 month old, so I am glad to have this new piece of information. This was one of the best trainings I have attended (and I am a teacher and have been to many!)

So thankful for this course!
Learning to listen to my daughter rather then following a “wake window” or guideline to a T. My daughter struggles with short naps, after the course she had two long naps today. So thankful for this course!
